decent...

pretty nice animation.. good timing.. liked the style.. slick camera moves..

thot the religeous saturation was a little too much..
quite enjoyed the "fisting" part :)... (the robot seemed like she really liked it too!)

a question...
why does god ride a horse? in all the myths he's omnipotent.. so why doesnt he just appear there?.. or prevent the robots suffering alltogether?

nahtanojmal responds:

I think you mean omnipresent (He is everywhere) omnipotent is all powerful, or maybe both?

Anyways I don't exactly know why I put Him on a horse, maybe it was to show He became a human, no longer a spirit being. Demoting Himself to our physical limitations?

He loves but he waited until she wanted to love Him (she took His hand when he opened it to her) and not other things.
His goal is not to prevent the robots suffering but to bring all of them to life unto Himself. He doesn't do that by forcing them but by loving them. Some take advantage of His love others are changed by it.

you are a MASTER!

that was surreal, macabre, disturbing, absolutely wicked.
honestly... gold star quality.. loved the style, sound ( voice sounds + Music )

thank you for sharing this.

mmmmmmmmm bacon.

your stuff is really good now..

your work is always tight... but the SF collab and this are masterful, the timing, camera work, editing are so slick... and I even dig the writing.. pretty funny shit.
not too talky...
the artwork has also reached a higher level than last years stuff...
best stuff on here.

retro..

cool.. good idea... kind of abstract.. different from your other works as you "rotoscoped" or film traced a lot of this.. it was cool tho.. it allowed you to animate shots you couldnt have hand drawn or timed so well.. but like someone else said the plant looks choppy. that's because the vid you traced was a stop motion of a plant growing.. you should have faked the in between frames with some hand drawn ones.. I would say it was about 80-85 percent rotoscoped... I could tell what parts you drew by hand and which were traces.. so it made it a little inconsistent to me.. over all a cool and original project... good music.

SLICK! SICK!

great work, hilarious idea and flawless execution... amazing.

love it when Manhattan turns into a car!!! with a WINK to the cam! hahahaha
I WISH it was a real cartoon!

fuck that was funny!...

loved it! art, idea....
great speech timing too! hahahahh! keep em coming!.. the DAD was awesome! such a fuckhead!..

dang on!

SWEET!.. LIKEY! great stuff! the voice acting was only .. ok.. but the rest was outstanding...

you only get a 9 because it was " to be continued" I will watch for the next movie..

:)

you get 10 stars...

Yes, it DID remind me of Samurai Jack too... but you did so many innovative things with it, I was blown away... I didn't necessarily dig the story.. and some of the editing was a bit confusing... but the characters, animation, the overall look of the project.. ESPECIALLY the "old" grainy film quality and the cool bits ( like the sword slicing through guys, the "shattering" characters.. and man, the eyeball transition between the ultimate goddess and the bad guy... seamless and perfect.. very cool!

two thumbs up collab!...

dug the music for sure... "radiohead meets techno"
the coolest anim.. was the scratchy crazy stuff ( it fit most with the music )
it was ALL good.. maybe I wish you had a few more frames to make it smoother... in spots...

hahahahahahah!

loved the "traditional" anim look you pulled off... the medicine cabinet shot was the best, great Idea, slick execution.... and my absolute fave is the ending.. very sick! :)
